Last Thursday, we had an electrical surge trip several breakers, blow out a GFCI circuit and took out our HVAC! I called Kolb that day and was able to get someone out Friday before lunchtime! Charles was professional, friendly, and engaging. He was able to quickly assess the damage, make repairs, ensured that everything else was safe, and even verified that power was going to the HVAC so that we could inform that tech when he came a couple hours later. Would definitely recommend them and we’re keeping Kolb in our “rolodex”!
